Denver!!!

So most of you spent your Thanksgiving break at home right?  And I'm sure all of you had dinner with your close relatives.  Am I right?  Well, that wasn't the case for me.  Last Wednesday morning, I was up bright and early, 5 am sharp.!  I was getting ready to leave to Denver, Colorado.
I spent ALL of Tuesday night packing my clothes!  I ended up going to sleep at about 2am.  Late right?  But it was all worth it in the end.
So why did I leave to Denver?  It was just a way to spend my Thanksgiving break.  I had soo much fun!  I shopped for hours, but not on Black Friday.  That's too crazy!  I also spent my break with some of my best friends!  Okay not just some, almost all my best friends.  Who else wouldn't want to do that.  Here's the other great part about my trip, no parents!  HAHA!  I actually started to miss them, believe it or not.
But anyways, I want to know what your Thanksgiving was like.  You can share it with me, if you would like to.

No Left-Handed Guitars?!!

So about half of the 8th grade students here are in Music.  I am one of those students.  In that class this semester, we are learning guitar.  Now, I don't mind learning guitar, it is an interesting instrument, but I am a lefty!  And in that class, I am being forced to learn with my right hand!  And it is a struggle for me!  Everyone else in my class can play more songs and can play better than me, and I really bothers me!  I understand that MOST students are right-handed, but thay cant completely forget about the left-handed people!
I had asked the teacher if he had any left-handed guitars, in advance.  He said no.  I think maybe he should have at least made an effort to get left-handed guitars!  and besides, I am not the only left-handed person in this entire school!
I don't think it is fair for me.  It is a waste of my time because I am not learning ANYTHING!  It is completely not fair!

Volleyball!?

So what's up with volleyball this year at 21st Century?  There hasn't been not a single game, not one!  People are dropping out of volleyball here and there.  So what is the deal with volleyball?
To be honest, I don't exactly know.  I heard that our school wasn't registered into a league.  So, the coach wanted to put them in a league called NYS, but that doesn't start until January.  So as of right now, there hasn't been any volleyball practices or games.
So should we wait until January for our Volleyball season to start?  Or should we just not have a volleyball team or teams at 21st Century this year?  In my opinion, I think we should still have a volleyball team or teams.  Lots of students here at this school like playing volleyball and it is unfair that we just completely cut volleyball from the school this year!!  Most students also paid there 25$ fee already!  I think it is completely unfair.
But anyways, what do you think?

Halloween Night!

So, most kids spent their Halloween night trick-or-treating, right?  All night long I saw kids running up and down my neighborhood, screaming at the top of their lungs saying, "Trick-or-Treat".  To be honest, it got pretty annoying after awhile!
Now, on the other hand, you may ask me what I did.  My answer would be, homework!  I was working on my science and social studies project ALL night!  I thought it wasn't fair that I had to stay home, watch kids trick-or-treating, and do homework!  It was soooooo boring!  All of these projects we are getting, and to me, I feel as if we aren't given enough time!  Not only do I have Science and Social Studies projects due, but I have a final copy due in Mr. Kelly's plus a final draft in Mr. Peckens' class!  It is way too much for me!  I understand that in middle school and high school we get a lot of homework, but I would really appreciate more time!  We only have two weeks to complete two projects, and two final drafts!  This is nonsense!
That was just how miy night went!  So fun!  Right?  Well, anyways what did yuo do last night for Halloween?  Share your night on my blog!  Write a comment! =)
